- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Where it happened: the page address, or the screen in the app.
- Your device, and the browser or app you were using.
- A screenshot, if you can.
Subscriptions and billing
Whoever bills you is the one who can cancel. We cannot cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription for you.
Apple (iPhone or iPad): open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Choose novaXplora and tap Cancel Subscription.

On the website: the novaXplora website does not sell plans, so there is nothing to cancel there.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your novaXplora account.
